2007 Rutherford Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon
A beautiful deep ruby color with lush fruit aromas of raspberry and Bing cherry, hints of cedar box, bright mint and spicy cinnamon. A full-bodied wine with a rich mouthfeel. Balanced acidity and silky tannins spread to a long lingering finish. Ready to drink now, but will age nicely for 4-5 years.
Food Recommendation:
Our 2007 Napa Valley Cabernet is an excellent choice to serve with all grilled or roasted red meats. Full-flavored, marinated Hanger steak, Kobe beef burgers with bleu cheese or rack of lamb are perfect companions to this wine.
Winemaker's Notes:
Our Cabernet grapes come from several different micro-climates within the Napa Valley - allowing diversity in blending, leading to a wine of greater complexity. It also gives consistency in style from vintage to vintage.
