2008 Round Hill Cabernet Sauvignon
Aromas of cherry, currant, vanilla with a hint of dried herbs. Flavors of cherry, cranberry and rich earthy notes. Rich tannins and just a hint of oak for roundness and complexity.
Food Recommendation:
Savor the taste of lamb shank risotto, Beef Wellington or marinated beef kabobs when paired with our 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon. A very versatile red wine.
Winemaker's Notes:
The 2008 harvest stretched from late August to early November - a long growing season giving our wine ripe, fruity flavors and balanced acidity.
